this watch company swisswatch is a scam do not buy from yhis guy he is based out of jersey he says i told him i was in the area and i can meet and pay him cash he declined and he said he cant do that ..he said it has to be ordered and smuggled in the usa,, he said if i pay cash via western union i would have it within 2 days .. i sent him 1200$ and waited 7 months and never got a watch or anythang he has the same answering service and he is the only one running the company if you notice hes the only one that calls you back he has a automated answering system that you can purchase of the intrnet , its called when your away secretary..its 300 dollars and it answers like a bussiness ..

its always louie that calls ..he will push push and push until you pay...he will be tracked and i will be letting you people know ,,what happens.. for now keep the post a big negative for this *** ..

I bought my husband what I thought was a lovely Swiss cloned replica Rolex watch. Since I bought it for $750.00, it has never kept time.

I was on the phone with these dishonest people many times, and the situation has never been corrected. I finally got a mailing address for repairs. I s work.ent it, and it still doesn't keep time. Also, now the stem out.

I have sent several emails and left messages. They NEVER have contacted me. They are a lying, dishonest group who needs to be punished for cheating hard working people. I want a refund.

After that,never want to see their name again. I hope they have a heart attack.

I looked online to buy a swiss made replica watch and found BESTSWISS was recommended.After reading their ONLINE website and speaking with Louie.I purchased a Rolex GMT grade1 replica for 675.He promised me that it was an amazing watch which I believed.After I recieved it,it stopped working and Louie told me again that I should wind it and wear it and it would be fine.During this time,he told me he had a Submariner two tone clone that is exact and would be even better than the GMT.After I paid 1000 cash only COD I opened it up to find a cheap replica from china.After this Louie told me that I was not getting my GMT fixed because I now had worn it for a week.Then he blocked my phone calls so I have no recourse.I emailed him and now he wont even answer my emails.I sent the submariner back to texas like he had said and told me it would take 3 weeks to a month to get a refund.I sent it Insured and signature needed with tracking.On another note LOUIE is a scam artist.Everything that website says is a lie.I am thinking after this experience with him,now I wont get my money back and Ill be out of a cheap chinese replica.What can I do? I cancelled the order through Master Card 30 days after I placed the order, was issued my refund immediately, and the company shipped my watch the day after I cancelled. How extremely convenient. This was 30 days of my life I'll never get back.

I purchased a watch from bestswiss.com and it is one of the cheapest replicas you can buy it came broken, rarely works and there customer service is bad i tried contacting them to get it replaced they said send it in and when i di it came back worst then i sent it scrached and more broken then when i sent it i offered for them to replace the watch but they said no the place is located in brooklyn ny these are basically asian replicas and are as close to swiss as brooklyn is to china watch out for bestswiss.com .

I bought a Swiss Replica Watch from BestSwiss.com and after two months it stopped working. I contacted their customer service personnel and returned it for warranty work as they directed.

That was 8 months ago and they have not returned my watch, returned my money, or offered a new watch as replacement. I paid for the watch with a credit card and am in the process of contesting the charge.

If you are thinking of buying any merchandise from BestSwiss.com, charge it to a major credit card, and if they do not follow through with their promises or obligations, contest the charge immediately despite any additional promises they may make. Do not give them a second chance or the benefit of the doubt!

I ordered a Yachtmaster from Bestswiss.com and the watch was wrong. I sent the item back and requested a refund. I was skeptical about a replica watch in the first place, so I just wanted my money back.

They played games for several months by saying that the refund was done, but no funds had shown up on my end. Finally, they just stopped returning emails and calls.

This company is a scam. I told them that I was going to file a report because they were not helping me and they laughed and said...."what are you going to do about it, we are not even in the US."

Beware. These guys are the lowest of the low. I am going to continue to do everything in my power to get my $ back.

I sent bestswiss $1875.00 for two special order clone watches.Their advertisement states that it takes 2 working weeks to get the watches.It has been months since I have sent the USPS MO.and I have heard nothing from the company.I made several attempts to communicate with them via E-mail,However,e-mails that were responded to immediately initially, became suddenly unanswered.Therefore I tried calling via phone # on internet ad.This to which was initially answered became unanswered rings.This company like so many others is a sham.They will swindle you out of your money .Please do not fall prey to this unscrupulous merchant.Their only goal is to take your money and give you nothing in return.

I have bought a Breitling superocean heritige from BESTSWISS.COM on the 08-02-2010 and today fedex arrived at my adress wanting to deliver. i open my package and what they sent me was not a watch at all!!

they sent me a usb fm radio player....i mean i paid 1100usd which in South Africa is ALOT of Hard earned money!! so after a month and almost a half of tons of emails i finaly receive the item and it is wrong!! DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY with BESTSWISS as they will just take your money, take forever to send you your watch, make alot of empty promises and at the end you receive a 30$ usb fm radio.....!! i am busy disputing this at my credit card company and will make sure they lose their visa and mastercard membership!!

the response on emails are not that bad but very short awneswers and dont answer all your questions!! DO NOT BUY FROM BESTSWISS unless you realy want alot of headaces!!

"BESTSWISS.COM ARE CROOKS"Their site states they delivery in 5 days and that their two tone watches are solid gold with a swiss 27 jewel movement and the exact dial used by Rolex.

This is pure ***,I waited 6 months for my watch and when I received it it was a cheap Asian 25jewel movement with a dial taken out of a toy watch and the the gold was plated on because all you could see was silver coming through the gold plating,I wouldn't wear this watch in the dark.

So if your going to buy a watch stay away from bestswiss.com as they sell *** and when I went on other complaint sites to research watches they had more com[plaints than any other watch site,I wish I had researched it first on this site and other sites like this on and I would have saved myself hundreds of dollars.

They also promise you the moon on their warranty page but trust me once they have your money they don't honour anything.

The watch arrived a few days later it looked ok to me, at that same time i purchased the same type of watch from www.swissexpert.com for 375.00uds, there watch arrived also.

Here is were i got screw from www.bestswiss.com i was looking at both watches when my brother called me to go out for dinner, i put both watches on the table and went out to eat.

When i came back i was going to wrap the gifts with the more expensive watch doing to my dad for xmas and i was going to keep the cheaper one for myself.

At that time i could not tell the difference as to which was the 990.00 watch and what was the the 375.00 watch.

I thought a watch store could open them up and could see what one was the one that was a lot more money.

The watchmaker was still in the store at which time he looked and opened both watches only to tell me "That both are one of the same" i was scoked i told him my story and here is his reply as he has seen this time and time again.

There is no such thing as grade one grade two, all watches are made in china and its all a *** GAME as all sites lie on everything the print , from the wrap of the watch- no such thing-and every other specs. the claim about the watch.

I was so upset that i emailed and tried to call www.bestswiss.com several times they are not answering any calls.

I was lied to and goods were sold not as advertised so i did a chargeback on my credit card and the money was returned to me already.

Over the next ten days i will post a confession of a replica watch rip off company AKA www.bestswiss.com as they are the most expensive on the net and i went undercover for the last year and had daily conversations with the owner of www.bestswiss.

first i received 8 watches from the company for what i will use as examples they were all inspected by 2 top watch makers that came to the same conclusion.

First i suggest you go to the site www.bestswiss.com and look at how they describe there rolex president, i will tell you that everything under the word bestswiss is a total lie

2892-2 swiss movement claimed---received a used 2824-2 with the oil dried out

also take note it cant be 2892-2 movement as it does not come in a day date mode.

claimed to be 8 wrapped gold----not such thing gold plated only 6 micros should be at least 16micros.

in the stainless model claimed 904L grade -----sorry much much thinner at 314L grade

claimed moiss. diamonds around bezel----sorry cheap CZ diamonds worth around .30 cents each.

claimed swiss grade one------sorry no such grade exists only around. the watch thieves.

All replica watches are made in CHINA and no others places

Swiss grade one----- sorry used swiss movements with ALL OTHER PARTS CHEAP CHINA *** THROWN IN BENT OR ANYWAY THAT FITS.

Price Delivered to the thieves at bestswiss 250.00 in stainless 300.00 in gold------sold to the customers at 990.00 usd.

It was told to me by management its like stealing from a baby they just throw there money at you.

there profit of over 600.00 per watch because the fools pay it.

GIVE THEM 300.00 OR WALK AWAY IF EVERYBODY DOES THAT THEY WILL BE FORCED TO DEAL WITH RESPECT AND NOT SCEW EVERYBODY>

At first i thought i wasnt wearing it enough each day but after seeing the report on ripoff report last night i thought i would take the watch to the watchmaker in the plaza last night.When he opened the back of the watch i was amazed to find that the comments in the report were in fact right on.The watchmaker report i had an OLD Watch Here filled with china parts.

I said its just over a week old he went on to say he sees this all the time.I left there feeling like a total fool and having spent about 1000.00 on the pos as soon as i got home i called my credit company and placed a CHARGEBACK in the account with the remarkes Fraud goods not as advertised internet fraud .After dealing in good faith only to be ripped off by www.bestswiss i am very glad there are web sites like this to help the consumer.

*** Avoid doing buisness with www.bestswiss.com and if you have get your watch looked at as soon as possible and when you find you have been ripped off if you paid by credit card go through the actions of the CHARGE BACK like i did, its the only way to get back at this company for ripping everyone off.****
